Please note: It’s very important that reserve your room as early as possible before they sell out AGAIN. In 2007, we sold out all the rooms the we blocked out and then had to scramble around New York City and get another 1000 hotel rooms for guest who got locked out and on top of that these guest had to pay the regular rate which was over $100 extra. Due to the problems that we had dealing with these other hotels, we are not getting involved with this anymore. Once the hotel is sold out, that’s it. Do yourself a favor. Even if you think that you are going to come, just reserve the room but then 48hrs before The New York Salsa Congress starts if you decide you are not coming anymore just cancel your reservation. Make sure you do it 48 hrs before the day you reserved or else you will be charged.
